Congenital infiltrating lipomatosis of the face （CILF） is a rare soft tissue hyperplasia disorder. It is characterized by non-hereditary congenital abnormal proliferation and infiltrative growth of adipose tissue， often involving facial muscles， bones， and adjacent structures. Due to the rarity of cases and complex clinical manifestations， the current understanding of its pathogenesis and diagnosis-treatment strategies is still in the accumulation stage.
