摘要 随着陆军作战使命由域内向域内域外兼顾转变,陆军面临的威胁也由传统安全向陆地、海洋、空中、太空、网络空间和电磁频谱等多领域多元化威胁拓展。在新的作战使命下,陆军全域作战理论应运而生,强调陆军在空间域上要具备任意地域到达并控制的能力;在时间域上强调实时性、精准性和协调性;在网络域、电磁域甚至认知域要具备和对手进行高强度对抗的能力。新的作战理论要求陆军应重点加强反隐、反导、反临、新概念武器和信息对抗方面的装备建设,尽快提升在空间域、时间域、网络域、电磁域和认知域等方面对敌拒止的能力。

Abstract:With the transition of army operational mission from intra domain to both intra and extra domains, the threats confronted by the army also expand from traditional security to multiple domains such as land, ocean, air, space, network space and electromagnetic spectrum. Under the new mission, the whole domain combat theory of the army is proposed. It emphasizes that the army should be capable of reaching and controlling any region in the space domain; the real time, precision and coordination in the time domain; and highintensity antagonism in the network domain, the electromagnetic domain and even the cognitive domain. The new combat theory requires that the army should focus on strengthening the equipment construction of anti stealth targets, anti ballistic missiles, anti near space vehicles, new concept weapons and information countermeasures, and enhancing the combat capability in the space domain, time domain, network domain, electromagnetic domain and cognitive domain as soon as possible.
