Electric Torque Loading System Based on Virtual Instrument Technology

Abstract:In the field of aerospace and aviation, hardwareintheloop simulation devices such as loading system are commonly used to test the performance of the aircrafts steering gear. In this paper, Labview visual graphics programming method is used to build the electric torque loading system with PXIe6341 data acquisition card and PXIe8840 RT controller and other hardware. The system collects the relevant data through the data acquisition card, which is automatically adjusted by the PID algorithm for the loading system after the analysis and processing. The final test results show that the electric torque loading system can track the force command very well, and the loading accuracy meets the requirements of “Double Ten Indicators”. Meanwhile, the software has the advantages of friendly manmachine interface and simple operation.
