摘要 近年来,美军大力推进新型装备的快速采办,以期快速形成“系统簇”的装备形态,反制潜在对手,巩固其军事领先优势。本文介绍了美军新版国防适应性采办框架、快速采办途径及相关项目的实施情况,对快速采办主动适应未来战场、加速形成装备体系等情况进行了研判。最后,借鉴外军先进发展思路,对我军采办及装备体系发展给出了建议。

Abstract:In recent years, the U.S.army has vigorously promoted the rapid acquisition of new weapon equipment in order to quickly form a "System Cluster" of weapon equipment form, counter potential opponents, and consolidate its military leading advantage. This paper introduces the new adaptive acquisition framework of defense, fast acquisition approaches and the implementation of related projects, and then judges the situation that fast acquisition can actively adapt to the future battlefield and accelerate the forming of weapon equipment system. Finally, it gives some suggestions for the development of our army's acquisition and weapon equipment system.
