摘要为解决预测和健康管理(prognostic and health management, PHM)系统对关键部件故障机理研究不足的问题,提出一种基于希尔伯特-黄变换(Hilbert-Huang transform, HHT)的旋转机械故障机理仿真分析方法。首先对战车转塔轴承的工况和故障机理进行分析计算,然后对振动数据进行去噪和仿真,最后将仿真结果与理论计算结果进行对比分析。通过故障仿真分析验证了故障机理分析方法的有效性,可为实现武器装备故障的精准诊断奠定基础,提高故障诊断预测的准确性和稳定性。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of insufficient research on the failure mechanism of key components in the prediction and health management system (PHM), this paper proposes a simulation analysis method of rotating machinery failure mechanism based on HHT. First, the working conditions and failure mechanism of the turret bearing are analyzed and calculated. Then vibration data are denoised and simulated. Finally, the theoretical calculation results and simulation results are compared. The validity of the fault mechanism analysis method is verified by fault simulation analysis, which can lay the foundation for accurate diagnosis of weapon faults, and improve the accuracy and stability of fault diagnosis prediction.
