摘要 为了研究固体发动机不稳定燃烧现象,本文通过试验测试及数值仿真相结合的方法,研究了旁支管路位置和长度对声腔模态的影响,比较了不同试验边界下的声腔模态差异,分析了气流流速、温度对燃烧室声模态特性的影响规律。研究表明:随着旁支管路向内收拢,旁支管路长度变小,模态频率值逐渐变大;随着开口面积增大,声模态频率值增加,管路连通状态与一端开口状态声模态结果接近;随着流速的增大,各阶声腔模态值逐渐减小;随着温度的增加,各阶声腔模态值逐渐增大。

Abstract:To study the unstable combustion performance of solid rocket motors, this paper utilized both experimental testing and numerical simulation to explore the influence of the side pipe's position and length on the chamber's acoustic mode. The differences in the acoustic mode under different experimental boundaries were compared, and the influence of airflow velocity and temperature on the acoustic mode characteristics of the combustion chamber was analyzed. Results show that when the side branch pipeline collapses inward and the length of the side branch pipeline decreases, the modal frequency value gradually increases; when the opening area increases, the acoustic modal frequency value increases. The acoustic modal results of the pipeline-connected state are close to those of the single-end open state; When the flow velocity increases, the modal values of each order of the sound cavity gradually decrease; when the temperature increases, the modal values of each order of the cavity gradually increase.
