摘要 随着现代战争形态的演变和作战环境的复杂化,导弹武器系统正面临前所未有的技术挑战。本文综述了智能控制技术在导弹制导系统中的应用,分析了传统控制方法在处理复杂系统非线性、时变、多变量且受环境扰动等情况时的局限性,探讨了智能控制理论(如模糊控制、神经网络和遗传算法)如何为复杂系统提供新的解决方案。智能控制技术通过模仿人类的认知过程和决策逻辑,展现出适应性、鲁棒性,可自动调整控制参数以适应不断变化的导弹飞行环境和任务需求。探讨了智能控制技术在导弹制导与导航方面的应用,并指出当前研究的热点问题、使用的研究方法与取得的成果,分析了智能控制技术在导弹制导系统应用中面临的挑战,包括数据依赖性、可解释性问题和技术瓶颈。最后,展望了智能控制技术在未来导弹控制领域的发展方向,包括技术集成与优化、多弹协同作战能力提升,以及人机交互和决策支持增强。

Abstract:With modern warfare's evolution and the operational environment's complexity, missile weapon systems are facing unprecedented technical challenges. This paper reviewed the application of intelligent control technologies in missile guidance systems. It analysed the limitations of traditional control methods when dealing with complex systems that were nonlinear, time-variant, multivariable, and subject to environmental disturbances. How intelligent control theories provide new solutions, such as fuzzy control, neural networks, and genetic algorithms, was discussed. Intelligent control technologies demonstrated adaptability and robustness by mimicking human cognitive processes and decision-making logic, and they automatically adjusted control parameters to adapt to the changing flight environment and mission requirements. Furthermore, it discussed the application of intelligent control technologies in missile guidance and navigation and pointed out current research hotspots, methods, and achievements. At the same time, it analysed the challenges intelligent control technologies faced in missile guidance system applications, including data dependency, interpretability issues, and technical bottlenecks. Finally, it proposed the future development direction of intelligent control technologies in missile control, including technology integration and optimisation,the enhancement of multi-missile cooperative combat capabilities, and the strengthening of human-machine interaction and decision support.
