摘要 针对激光跟瞄系统的高精度、快响应和抗干扰需求,提出一种粗精复合轴协同控制策略。粗精复合轴协同控制利用粗跟踪红外/电视大视场配合直驱电机对目标进行粗引导,目标进入精跟踪视场后,利用压电陶瓷快反镜配合精跟踪电视小视场进行精跟踪。在粗跟踪过程中,为保证粗跟踪的交班稳定性,将红外和电视跟踪数据进行数据融合。粗跟踪向精跟踪交班后,粗跟踪和精跟踪系统进行协同运动控制,利用精跟踪获得的目标取差值、快反镜的运动角偏移以及粗跟踪的架位信息进行数据融合得到实际的目标瞄准信息。同时,利用低通滤波器形式的交叉解耦控制器使粗跟踪系统跟随精跟踪系统运动,保证精跟踪系统的相对运动位移不超出限位。仿真和试验表明,该方法有效地提高了系统带宽和精度,改善了系统的抗干扰性能。

Abstract:A coarse-fine compound axis cooperative control strategy is presented for the laser tracking and aiming system according to high precision, fast response and anti-jamming requirements. The coarse tracking infrared and CCD detector and direct driving motor are employed for the coarse tracking. When the target is shown in the fine tracking field of view, PZT fast steering mirror and fine tracking CCD are employed for fine tracking. In the coarse tracking process, it is useful to extract the target information from infrared and CCD detector for stable tracking. The coarse-fine tracking cooperative control takes advantage of the fine tracking target deviation, relative movement of the fast steering mirror and the coarse tracking aiming angle to obtain the actual target aiming information. Besides, the cross decoupling controller with low pass filter is designed to reduce the relative distance between the fine tracking system and the coarse tracking system, and the tracking performance of the compound axis control system is improved. Simulation and experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the bandwidth and precision and anti-jamming capability of the system.
