Abstract This paper analyzes the status quo of the design and manufacturing integration for an aerospace product, and sorts out the current problems. By the analysis and modeling, the solution i.e. aerospace design and manufacturing Integration based on MBD is proposed, and is applied successfully in an aerospace product.
