Abstract Based on the multi-body dynamics and virtual prototype modeling method, a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model is established. The model contains chassis suspension, tire and supporting legs. The dynamic characteristics of the hoisting process under different working conditions are simulated and analyzed. The stability of the vehicle together with the stress of supporting legs and suspension in the whole hoisting process are analyzed. The research results provide a reference for the hoisting stability and stress of supporting legs of similar vehicles.
