摘要: 针对现有铁钻工在钻杆作业中,寻找钻杆中心和两个钻杆分界面需要人工辅助的现状,研制了钻杆作业界面自动判定系统。该系统由一个直线位移传感器、300 PLC可编程控制器以及能够自动复位的机械连杆机构组成,实现了对钻杆中心和两个钻杆分界面的全自动检测,消除了连接钻杆或拆卸钻杆作业中需要人工辅助的环节,提升了铁钻工的自动化水平。
Abstract: With regard to the situation that the existing iron roughneck requires manual assistance when detecting the center and processing interface of drill pipes to fulfill the drill pipe processing operation, we develop the drill pipe processing interface auto-detective system. This system consists of a linear displacement sensor, 300 PLC controller and a linkage mechanism which can reset automatically. This system not only achieves the full-automatic detection of the drill pipe center, also detects the interface of drill pipes automatically. This eliminates the manual operation step during the drill pipe operation and improves the automation level of iron roughneck.
