摘要: 随着海上设施结构安全要求的不断提高和数字化技术的快速发展,结构健康监测技术被广泛的应用在海上设施结构物中,对海上设施结构进行实时、无损、全面的损伤评估,保障海上设施的安全。目前数字化技术在海上设施上的应用处于起步阶段,业内对于海上设施的结构监测系统还未形成完善的技术标准。本文研究海上设施结构监测系统的标准,分析监测系统设计、制造、安装、调试和检验标准的适用性,为海上设施结构监测系统的工程应用提供技术支持。

Abstract: With the increasing technical requirements for the structural safety of offshore facilities and the rapid development of digital technology, structural health monitoring technology is becoming more widely used in offshore facility structures for monitoring the safety of the structure and ensuring the safety of the facilities. At present, the application of digital twins technology on offshore facilities is emerging, and the offshore facility structure monitoring system has not formed a mature technical standard so far. This paper studied the standards of offshore facility structure monitoring system, analyze d the applicability of monitoring system design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and inspection standards, and provided technical support for the engineering application of offshore facility structure monitoring systems.
