摘要: 围绕伊拉克某油气田天然气处理装置大修期间油气田稳产问题,展开研究探讨。分析了大修期间导致油气田难以稳产的关键因素,并提出有效的解决方案。分析了低压脱酸单元(GSU)在大修期间上线运行的可行性,对工艺流程进行了升级改造,系统阐述了GSU-2单元上线运行的前置条件和安全注意事项。通过工艺技术创新与实践,有效地解决了制约大修期间保产稳产的问题,保障了油气田产量任务。

Abstract: Focusing on the issue of maintaining stable production in an oil and gas field in Iraq during the overhaul period of its natural gas processing units and conducts research and discussions. It analyzes the key factors that make it difficult to maintain stable production in the oil and gas field during the overhaul period and puts forward effective solutions. It analyzes the feasibility of the GSU unit's online operation during the overhaul period, upgrades and modifies the technological process, and systematically elaborates on the preconditions and safety precautions for the GSU-2 unit's online operation. Through process technology innovation and practice, the problems restricting production and maintaining stable production during the overhaul period have been effectively solved, thus ensuring the production tasks of the oil and gas field.
