摘要: MEPC 80会议让国际航运温室气体减排雄心进一步提升,基于船用燃料全生命周期的温室气体排放核算要求改变了“游戏规则”,各方正在积极推动航运减排进程。由于船队发展基础、自身特点等方面存在不同,导致各船队在减排路径选择上存在差异。以某航运公司远洋船队为研究对象,通过建立减碳分析模型,对常规石化燃料路径、甲醇燃料路径和氨/氢燃料路径进行分析,探讨了各路径的碳减排量及碳减排成本,提出了适用于国内船队的短期和长期碳减排路线。

Abstract: The ambitious level of greenhouse gas emissions reduction in international shipping has been further enhanced by the MEPC 80 meeting, and the accounting requirements for greenhouse gas emissions based on the full life cycle of ship fuels have changed the “rules of the game”. All parties are actively promoting the process of shipping emissions reduction. There are differences in the development foundation and characteristics of the fleet, which leads to differences in the choice of emission reduction paths among different fleets. Taking a certain shipping company's ocean going fleet as the research object, a carbon reduction analysis model was established to analyze the conventional petrochemical fuel path, methanol fuel path, and ammonia/hydrogen fuel path. The carbon reduction emissions and carbon reduction costs of each path were explored, and short-term and long-term carbon reduction routes applicable to domestic fleets were proposed.
