摘要: 针对玻璃微珠复合聚氨酯(GSPU)保温管的节点结构和补口要求,设计了一套三瓣式气压自动开合浇注模具,并对其结构进行了相应优化与完善,以提高节点补口浇注质量及模具实用性。基于本设计方案,设计开发了一套模具设备并进行了浇注补口应用试验,结果表明,该模具在确保GSPU湿式保温管节点补口施工效率的同时,一定程度上提升了节点补口的质量,减少了材料和人员投入,降低了节点补口的综合成本。

Abstract: In view of the field joint structure and construction requirements of glass microsphere syntactic polyurethane (GSPU) deepwater insulation pipes, a set of 3-valve type pouring mold that can open and close automatically driven by pneumatic cylinders is designed. In order to improve the quality of field joint installation as well as mold practicability, the structure is improved and optimized correspondingly. Based on this designing scheme, a physical mold is manufactured and then the pouring test is carried out using the mold. The results show that this pouring mold, to some extent, is able to improve the field joint installation quality while guaranteeing the construction efficiency of field joint installation. Besides, the material and personnel investment is reduced, lowering the composite cost for field joint installation.
