摘要: 脐带缆内的液压管线对脐带缆的性能以及造价有着重要的影响,选择合适的液压管材料和尺寸可以保证油气田可靠、经济地运行。分析了目前脐带缆液压管线的主要材料,对比分析了每种材料的性能及适应性,提出了选择脐带缆材料类型时需考虑的因素。通过液压仿真的方法,建立了影响脐带缆内液压管线管径的仿真模型,给出了进行液压管线尺寸选择的分析方法。为深海油气田开发选用水下生产系统脐带缆内液压管线提供了一定的参考。

Abstract:  The hydraulic tube has an important impact on subsea production umbilical cost and performance. Choosing appropriate material and size of umbilical hydraulic tube can ensure reliable and economical operation of oil and gas fields. This paper analyzes the main materials of the current umbilical hydraulic tube, compares and analyzes the performance and adaptability of each material, and puts forward the factors that need to be considered when selecting the hydraulic tube material type. Through the method of hydraulic simulation, the simulation model of the diameter of the hydraulic tube in the umbilical is established, and the analysis method of the hydraulic tube size selection is given. This paper provides some reference for the selection of hydraulic tube in subsea production system umbilical.
