摘要: 在海上某油田潜山裂缝性油藏钻井开发过程中,存在地层易漏失、可钻性差、钻具磨损严重、井眼轨迹控制困难等诸多挑战。在深入分析已钻探井资料的基础上,结合海上作业经验,以控压钻井技术配合水包油钻井液体系,通过优选先进钻井工具(钻头、EcoScope随钻测井工具、减阻器以及螺杆马达等)、优化钻井参数等一系列措施,最终有力保证了潜山井轨迹控制,顺利实现开发目的,成功避免复杂情况的发生。

Abstract:  Different problems such as presence of formation leakage, poor drillability, drilling tool wear, difficult well trajectory control exist in offshore oilfield buried hill reservoir drilling development process. To solve these problems, first of all, an indepth analysis of the drilling, is made. Based on the analysis results, combined with the experience of offshore operations, several measures are applied, including managed pressure drilling (MPD), oil in water mud system, optimization of tools (especially bit, EcoScope, drag reducer and screw motor) and parameters optimization. With the application of these measures, trajectory control is achieved for all buried hill wells, the reservoir development purpose is attained, and no drilling accident happens. The use of these technologies forms a series of supporting solutions to the development of offshore oil field in buried hill wells.
