摘要: 针对自升式钻井平台防喷器吊装和移运的特点及现场要求,设计出一套由气动防喷器吊车、气动绞车、小推车、电动吊车等组成的配置方案,通过该方案实现对防喷器的吊装、移运、就位、安装、对中、拆解、维修、维护等工作。介绍了该方案的配置情况、基本参数、功能用途和性能特点,并结合应用的情况说明了该套方案具有较好的市场需求和良好的推广应用前景。

Abstract:  According to the related requirements for the hoisting and transport of blowout preventer (BOP) on site for jack-up platforms, we introduce a BOP hoisting and transport system. The system mainly consists of four parts: pneumatic BOP hoisting device, air winch, rail trolley, electric crane, etc. Using this system, the hoisting, handling, inserting, installation, adjustment, removal, repair, and maintenance for BOP equipment can be achieved. We also illustrate the potential market demand and the promising future of application for this scheme by introducing its configuration, basic parameters, performances and functions.
