摘要: 针对南海某气田管线物流含CO2的特点,简要分析了CO2对碳钢的腐蚀原理,提出了防止CO2腐蚀的措施。阐述了重量控制在该气田的重要性,并结合重量控制的要求,对含CO2的工艺管线材质进行比选优化,达到减轻平台管线重量的目的。

Abstract: We review the mechanism of CO2 corrosion in gas field exploitation of a platform in the South China Sea. The relevant protection methods are also introduced. The importance of weight control is emphasized to this platform. The selection of pipe material is considered to reduce piping weight so that the overall weight of the platform is controlled within the required weight limits.
