摘要: 设计寿命即将到期的海上石油平台通过整体升级改造的办法可以进行延寿服役,而生活楼的结构改造是其中的重要一环。通过对绥中36-1A海上平台生活楼进行整体建模,详细阐述了如何设计外延结构来新建房间,从而扩大居住面积,指出SACS软件进行生活楼整体建模时的建模要点,并分别分析了操作工况和极端工况下的荷载设置,最后进行生活楼改造的整体强度计算。计算结果证明了此种生活楼改造方式的正确性和可行性,对今后类似工程项目具有借鉴意义。

Abstract: The offshore oil platform whose design life is about to expire can be extended service through overall upgrading and modificating, and the structural modification about accommodation is an important part. Through the overall modeling of Suizhong 36-1A offshore platform accommodation, expounds how to design the epitaxial structure to create new rooms to expand the living area, points out the key points of modeling used by SACS software, and analyzes how to set up the load of operating condition and extreme condition, at last, calculates the strength of the modificated accommodation. The calculation result proves the correctness and feasibility of this accommodation modificating method, which is of reference for similar projects in the future.
