摘要: 国家海底科学观测网是经发改委批准的重大科技基础设施建设项目,旨在全方位、多领域的立体观测海洋。与业务化运行的浮标网不同,海底科学观测网对浮标平台在数据采集和控制系统、水声通信、系统的防护和国产仪器实验平台等方面提出了新的更高的要求。针对这些科学目标的工程实现,探讨对现有浮标的改进和功能增删以满足整个海底观测网的需求。

Abstract:

China National Scientific Seafloor Observatory (CNSSO) is a major science and technology infrastructure project approved by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), which aims to observe the ocean via various aspects and fields. Unlike the buoy network operated by the government, CNSSO requires smart data acquisition and control system, underwater acoustic communication, system protection and domestic instrument experiment platform. In response to the realization of these scientific goals, improvements needs to be made for the buoy platform to meet the requirement of CNSSO.
