摘要: 针对南海某采油平台投产前不锈钢管道腐蚀的问题,进行取样分析。试验所得结论为氯离子含量超标导致不锈钢管线腐蚀严重。本文探究了氯离子对316L不锈钢管线造成破坏的基本原理,同时,从海洋平台管线建造角度出发,针对如何有效预防不锈钢管线腐蚀问题提出建议,为后续海洋平台建造项目提供借鉴。

Abstract: The corrosion of stainless steel piping for a precommissioning offshore platform in the South China Sea is sampled and analyzed. The conclusion obtained from the test is that the chloride ion content exceeds the standard leading to serious corrosion of stainless steel pipelines. This paper explores the basic principles of damage caused by chloride ions to 316L stainless steel pipeline. From the perspective of offshore platform pipeline construction, for how to effectively prevent corrosion of stainless steel pipelines, we put forward relevant recommendations, and provide reference for subsequent offshore platform construction projects.
