高压水下阀门产品标准及测试方案研究

摘要: 高压水下阀门是水下生产系统的关键设备,制约着我国深水油气资源开发。由于目前国际上针对水下阀门的标准繁杂,各标准针对测试的规定不统一,引起产品研发标准选择、测试方案制定方面的问题。针对存在问题,对现行标准进行了全面梳理,分析标准适用性,结合国产化产品研发及工程经验,推荐选用标准及选用原则。通过对不同标准对测试要求的对比分析,形成国产化产品工厂接收测试及性能鉴定测试方案,并提出标准修订建议。

Key words: High pressure subsea valve is the key equipment of the subsea production system, which restricts the development of deepwater oil and gas resources. The current international standards are complex and the requirements for testing are different, Which has caused problems on the selection of standards and the test plans. To solve existed problems, the current standards are sorted, the applicability of the standards is analyzed, and the selection criteria and principles are recommended based on the R&D and engineering experience of localized products. Through the comparative analysis of the testing requirements of different standards, a plan for FAT and qualification test of domestically produced products is formed, and recommendations for standard revisions are made.
