摘要: FPSO建造项目采购如期到货受多重因素影响,文章以“海洋石油123”建造项目为例,在简要分析影响FPSO建造项目采购交付因素的基础上,较为详细地介绍项目催交管理工作的实施步骤和程序。最终催交管理工作取得可观成效,对于后续FPSO建造项目成功交付有一定总结和借鉴意义。

Abstract: The FPSO construction project procurement on schedule is affected by multiple factors. Taking “HYSY 123” FPSO project as an example, this paper briefly analyzes the factors that impact the procurement and delivery, and then introduces the implementation procedures of the project procurement expediting management in detail, and finally summarizes the considerable results achieved by implementing the procurement expediting. It could be adopted as a reference for the subsequent FPSO construction projects.
