摘要: 面临石油价格变化不定的形势,海上油气生产需降低成本,提高经济效益。因此,海上石油设施的无人化、数字化和智能化是大势所趋。本文重点介绍原油外输泵在海上无人平台的设计与应用,包括工艺流程设计、重要部件选型、设备运行保护功能和远程控制方法;阐述在无人平台上原油外输泵的应用管理办法,为今后海上无人平台同类设备的设计与应用提供参考。

Abstract: Faced with the unpredictable changes in oil prices, offshore oil and gas production needs to reduce costs and improve economic benefits. Therefore, the unmanned, digital, and intelligent development of offshore oil facilities is the trend. This paper focuses on the design and application of crude oil transport pump on offshore unmanned platform, including process design, important component selection, equipment operation protection function and remote control method, and describes the application management method of crude oil transport pump on unmanned platform, providing reference for the design and application of similar equipment on offshore unmanned platform in the future.
