Savonius叶轮对耙吸挖泥船装舱的消能效果

Savonius Rotor Effect on Energy Dissipation in Binning of Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger

摘要: 随着疏浚行业跨入节能优化时代,亟需发展提高耙吸挖泥船装舱效率的新技术,以降低装舱时泥舱内的流速和湍动能。通过三维数值模拟研究了Savonius叶轮的叶片内角和叶片数对耙吸挖泥船装舱消能效果的影响,研究结果表明:排泥口处安装合适的Savonius叶轮能够有效降低泥舱内流速和湍动能值,消能效果显著,从而有望显著提升装舱效率;Savonius叶轮的叶片内角宜为180°;Savonius叶轮叶片数宜为4,叶片数大于4以后的消能效果不再随着叶片数的增加而增强。此结构的消能作用显著,为提高耙吸挖泥船的装舱效率提供了一种新设计。

Abstract: As the dredging industry progresses into an era of efficacy, it is necessary to develop new energy dissipation methods to enhance the binning efficiency in the storage of trailing suction hopper dredger. Therefore, it is necessary to minimize the flow velocity and turbulent kinetic energy inside the mud storage during binning. This article employs three-dimensional numerical simulations to examine the influence of the internal blade angle and the blades number of Savonius rotor on the energy dissipation inside the hopper storage. The results indicate that the Savonius rotor can effectively reduce flow velocity and turbulent kinetic energy within the hopper storage, and thus the energy dissipation effect is significant. The optimal internal blade angle is found to be 180° with the number of blades being four. When the number of blades is more than four, the energy dissipation effect would not be improved notably. This study shows that Savonius rotor would have significant effect on the energy dissipation, providing a new design for improving the binning efficiency of trailing suction hopper dredgers.
