摘要: 漏磁检测技术凭借高可靠性、非接触检测等优势被广泛应用于石化储罐与管道等的安全检测。首先介绍了漏磁检测的理论发展及技术原理,其次重点阐述漏磁检测技术中缺陷识别、定量分析与反演三方面的研究现状,最后进行了总结,指出了当前人工智能方法面临的挑战。

Abstract: Magnetic flux leakage (MFL) detection technology, renowned for its high reliability and non-contact detection capabilities, is widely applied in safety detections of petrochemical storage tanks and pipelines. Firstly, the theoretical development and technical principles of MFL detection are introduced. Then, the research status of defect identification, quantitative analysis, and inversion methodologies in MFL technology are explained in detail. Finally, a summary is provided, highlighting the challenges faced by current artificial intelligent methods in this field.
