摘要: 变频器因其降低能耗、延长电泵系统使用效率、稳定系统电压的作用,被普遍用于潜油电泵采油方式中。通过对高温环境下变频器故障的原因进行分析,并针对性地提出降低变频器温度的有效应对策略,确保了油田生产运行的稳定性、安全性和高效性,为高温环境下如何降低变频器运行故障提供了数据和理论依据。
关键词: 高温环境, 变频器故障, 原因分析, 应对策略
Abstract: Variable speed drive is widely used in submersible electric pump oil production methods due to their ability to reduce energy consumption, prolong the efficiency of electric pump systems, and stabilize system voltage. By analyzing the causes of variable speed drive failures in high-temperature environments and proposing effective strategies to reduce the temperature of variable speed drive, the stability, safety, and efficiency of oilfield production operations have been ensured, providing data and theoretical basis for how to reduce variable speed driver operation failures in high-temperature environments.
