摘要: 悬链锚腿系泊(CALM)式单点系泊系统在国际上已经广泛应用,主要用于石油的中转,石油通过该系统从油轮传输至陆地终端,例如国内的广西茂名单点系统、涠洲单点系统。该系统一般由六条成60度夹角分布的锚链腿固定在海上,锚链腿多数锚桩和锚链组成,锚桩一般为钢材加工而成的钢桩。由于锚桩是独立存在于海底,海上安装时如何确保安装精度等满足设计要求是主要难点。本文研究该种锚桩安装技术,通过实践进行检验并推广。

Abstract: Catenary anchor leg mooring (CALM) type single point mooring system has been widely used internationally. It is mainly used for the transfer of oil; Oil is transported from the tanker to the land terminal through this system, for example, Guangxi Maoming CALM type single point mooring system and Weizhou CALM type single point mooring system. The system is generally fixed on the sea by six anchor chain legs that are distributed at an angle of 60 degrees. Most of the anchor chain legs are composed of anchor piles and anchor chains. The anchor piles are generally steel piles made of steel. Because the anchor pile is independent on the seabed, how to ensure the installation accuracy during offshore installation to meets the design requirements is the main difficulty. This article studies the installation technology of this kind of anchor pile, and is applied by similar projects.
