隔水套管张紧器油缸性能及制造技术研究

摘要: 隔水套管张紧器油缸通过卡瓦将力传递到隔水套管上,给隔水套管提供持续的顶部张力,对隔水套管起到支撑作用,是隔水套管张紧器系统的关键部件。隔水套管张紧器油缸的性能及制造质量好坏关乎隔水套管工作时的稳定性及安全性,深受国内外海上钻井厂家的重视。以国外某型张紧器油缸为研究对象,结合其实际工况参数及性能要求,运用目前易于实现的制造、检测技术,逐一解决张紧器油缸所需要达到的技术指标。对制造的张进器油缸进行性能试验,结果表明,该张进器油缸在相关性能指标上能满足实际应用要求。

Abstract: The casing pipe tensioner hydraulic cylinder transfer the force to the casing pipe through Slips and provide the casing pipe with continuous top tension. The casing pipe tensioner hydraulic cylinder is a key part of the casing pipe tensioner system. The casing pipe tensioner hydraulic cylinder is highly valued by the domestic and foreign offshore drilling manufacturers because of its performance and manufacturing quality are related to the stability and safety of the casing pipe. Combine with the working parameters and properties requirements of a foreign casing pipe tensioner hydraulic cylinder,the manufacturing and detection technology which are easy to realize are used to solve the technique target of the hydraulic cylinder. The test results show that the hydraulic cylinder meets the practical application requirements on the properties requirements.
