挠性管在深水海底管道中的应用

摘要: 深水海底管道面临诸多挑战,如输送高温、高压、高腐蚀的生产流体;遭遇复杂的土壤地质条件和多变的海底地形地貌特征;使用昂贵的安装船舶和机具设备。本文结合南海深水海底管道结构设计,对比钢管,详细分析了挠性管用于深水海底管道在设计、安装和后期维护上的优缺点,有利于深水海底管道选材。

Abstract: Deepwater subsea pipeline encounter many challenges, such as conveying hige temperature, high pressure and corrosion fluid, suffering complex geotechnical conditions and variable submarine topography and geomorphology characteristics, using expensive installation barge and equipement. According to subsea pipeline structural design in South China Sea and compared with rigid pipeline, details the advantages and disadvantages of flexible pipe in subsea pipeline design, installation and maintenance, and this will be contribute to the material selection of deepwater subsea pipeline.
