摘要: 管汇是海上石油平台十分常见的关键设备设施,本文结合国内海上平台工程项目实例进行分析,详细阐述了利用DBB双球阀取代传统管汇内部管路中多个阀门连接的复杂形式设计,实现海上石油平台管汇橇的优化设计。重点介绍其在降低项目材料成本、管汇整橇降尺减重、缩短建造周期、节省施工环节成本和提升管汇产品全生命周期质量等方面的应用优势和推广价值。

Abstract: Manifold is a very common key equipment and facilities for offshore oil platforms. This paper analyzes the examples of domestic offshore platform engineering projects, and elaborates on the complex form design of replacing multiple valve connections in the internal pipeline of traditional manifolds with DBB double ball valves. Optimized design of the oil platform manifold skid. Emphasis is placed on its application advantages and promotion value in reducing the material cost of the project, reducing the weight of the pipe, reducing the construction period, saving the cost of the construction link and improving the quality of the life cycle of the management products.
