小坡口手工电弧焊工艺在深水海底管道中的应用研究

摘要: 手工电弧焊工艺具适应性强、操作简便的特点,在深水海底管道焊接铺设中被广泛应用,然而,由于传统坡口手工电弧焊工艺具有金属填充量大、效率低等缺点,为此,本文阐述了一种新型小角度坡口手工电弧焊工艺在深水海底管道焊接领域的应用研究,对比了小角度坡口手动电弧焊工艺的的优势,并对该工艺在DNV SMLS 450材质焊缝接头的各项机械性能进行试验,各项性能指标均满足深水海底管道设计标准的要求,研究结果表明,该工艺可在深水海底管道焊接施工中推广应用。

Abstract: SMAW has the characteristics of strong adaptability and easy operation,so it is widely used in deepwater subsea pipeline welding and laying. However, the traditional SMAW has the disadvantages of large metal filling amount and low efficiency, so this article describes a new small groove SMAW process experiment investigation in deepwater submarine pipeline welding, and compares its advantages, it carried on various mechanical capability test of the DNV SMLS 450 welded joint, all performance indexes meet the requirements of deepwater subsea pipeline design standards. The research results show that this technology can be popularized and applied in deepwater subsea pipeline welding construction.
