半潜船空气压载系统设计

摘要: 传统排压载系统采用的水泵,受排量和尺寸的限制已无法满足大型半潜船对排压载速度的要求,然而压缩机在能量储备和设备尺寸及能耗方面比水泵具备较大的优势,因此目前国际上的大型半潜船均采用空气压缩机作为排压载动力源,进而可实现压入和排出时间的大幅度缩小,大大减少了海上作业周期,降低了因作业时间长所产生的风险和费用。本文的某半潜工程船负载的空气压载系统主要包括空气压缩机系统、压载水舱、压载管系、液位测量系统、阀门控制系统和装载计算系统,并且该船已经成功实施多次国际国内工作任务,表明此空气压载系统效果十分理想。

Abstract: The pump adopted by the traditional ballast system, can't fulfill the ballast velocity requirement of man-sized Semi-submersible ships. The compressors have more advantage than the pumps in capacity and size, so large Semi-submersible ships adopt the compressor to complete the ballast and de-ballast. This method shortens the ballast and de-ballast time immensely if the ships sail in the sea, then eventually reduces the ships' work risk and cost. The air ballast system of 50 000 t Semi-submersible ship explained by this article, mainly includes such parts as compressor system, ballast cabin, ballast pipeline system, liquid level measurement system, valve control system and loading computing system. Meanwhile, the ship has completed many international and domestic tasks. The result proves this air ballast system is perfect.
