深水水下管汇工艺管线的质量控制

摘要: 水下生产系统由于其在开发深水油气田和边际油气田时具有明显的综合经济优势,正在被世界上很多国家作为油田开发的一种重要方式进行广泛研究和探索。水下管汇作为水下生产系统中重要的组成部分,其主要功能是汇集多个采油树的油气,并将其外输至海底管线。其工艺管线的质量水平是整个油气田开发工程中安全和环保需要考虑的重要环节。针对“水下管汇国产化原理样机研制”的工程实例,本文介绍了深水水下管汇工艺管线各个阶段的质量控制要点,为油气田开发尤其是深水油气田采用水下生产系统选择合适的质量控制方法给出了参考。

Abstract:

Subsea system, as one of the primary mode of oil field development, widely researched and applied by many countries in the world, has obvious economic advantages in deep sea or marginal oil and gas field development. The oil and gas follow in subsea manifold from XMAS tree and transport to subsea pipeline. The quality of subsea manifold will affect the oil field development safety and environment. Especially the research on the subsea manifold module project, the paper introduces the quality control about the subsea manifold piping system. References and advices are provided for oil gas field development inspection, especially in deepwater environment inspection.
