管式装船固定拉筋切割模型的程序绘制

摘要: 管式装船固定拉筋是海洋平台装船固定结构中最常用的一种。本文通过分析其中拉筋切割线和切割体的特点,应用空间解析几何原理,设计出了一套求解切割线和切割体定位点的算法。然后依据该算法应用C#编程,操控AutoCAD软件完成自动绘制。大幅降低了管式装船固定拉筋切割模型绘制的难度,提高了管式装船固定拉筋加工设计和预制效率。

Abstract: Pipe braces for fixing platform is commonly used on board. By analyzing the characteristics of the cutting line and cutting solid, an algorithm for solve point of cutting line and solid is developed, According to the algorithm Codes are written in C# language that control AutoCAD to draw automatically. Using the program to draw the cutting model of pipe braces greatly reduce the difficulty level and improve the efficiency of shop design and prefabrication.
