摘要: 插板管式吊点是海洋平台主吊点结构中比较常用的一种。本文通过分析其中主惯性板与立柱相贯线的特点,应用空间解析几何原理,设计出了一套空间相贯线展开到二维平面的算法。然后依据该算法应用C#编程,操控AutoCAD软件完成自动绘制。大幅降低相贯线展开图放样绘制的难度,提高插板管式吊点加工设计效率。

Abstract: Pipe lifting point with inserter is commonly used in lifting ocean platforms. By analyzing the characteristics of the intersecting line of sticking plate and column, an algorithm for intersecting line conversion from 3D to 2D is developed. According to the algorithm Codes are written in C# language that control AutoCAD to draw automatically. Using the program to draw the unfolded drawing greatly reduce the difficulty level and improve the efficiency of shop design.
