摘要: 金属网人身防护是应用于管线有散热要求,但该管线位置处于工作人员可触及范围之内,因而可能造成人员的烫伤。由于金属网距管线表面有一定的距离要求,且不能直接在管线上进行焊接作业,因而其安装形式成为一大难题。本文通过对管线金属网人身防护施工方法的介绍,使这个新型工艺得到发展升级,为国内石油化工项目管线人身安全的设计及施工提供新方法。

Abstract: Metal mesh for personal protection is applied to pipelines with requirements of heat dissipation re, but the location of the pipeline is within the range of operators reach, so it may cause burn. Because the metal mesh has a certain distance from the pipeline surface, and cannot be directly welded on the pipeline, so the form of installation becomes a major problem. In this paper, we want to make this new technology develop and upgrade through the introduction of the construction method of personal protection for pipeline with metal mesh, which provides a new method for the design and construction of the personal safety for domestic petroleum and chemical projects.
