大型鞍座设备侧装工艺的优化及工程应用

摘要: 大型设备的吊装是海洋工程项目建造过程中的重要一环,但由于项目工期紧及设备到货周期晚等原因造成了大量的侧装作业,加大了设备安装的风险和难度。大型卧罐的底座一般为鞍座形式,由于其尺寸超长并且不能滑移等特点,致使该类设备的侧装难度非常大。因此研究和优化大型鞍座类设备的侧装工艺是非常必要的。该文以JZ9-3项目CEPD组块斜板隔油器侧装为实例,介绍了大型鞍座设备侧装的过程和方法,为海洋工程项目大型鞍座类设备侧装作业提供积极了的指导意义。

Abstract: The lifting of large equipment is an important part of the construction of offshore engineering projects. However, due to the tight schedule of the project and the late delivery of the equipment, a large number of side lifting operations are caused, which increases the risk and difficulty of the installation of the equipment. The base of a large horizontal vessel is generally saddle type. Because of its long size and no slippage, the side lifting of such equipment is very difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to study and optimize the side lifting technology of large saddle equipment. Taking the corrugated plate interceptor skids of the JZ9-3 project CEPD module as an example, this paper introduces the process and method of the large saddle equipment side lifting, which provides a positive guiding significance for the large saddle equipment side lifting operation of the offshore engineering project.
