摘要: 在海底保温管道领域,HCFC-141b因其气体导热系数较低、与聚醚多元醇相容性好而被广泛使用,由于其具有一定的臭氧层破坏作用和温室效应,根据《蒙特利尔议定书》,我国将在2030年完全停止生产和使用HCFC-141b。针对聚氨酯喷涂海底保温管技术,综合考虑环境、保温性能、安全、价格等因素,选择HFC-245fa发泡体系作为替代方案。通过对抗压强度的分析,确定配方开发方向。对开发的配方进行抗压强度评价、保温层检测、现场工艺评价验证其适应性。结果表明,开发的HFC-245fa发泡体系优于相关标准要求,能够满足喷涂保温工艺技术,适应海底保温管道应用。

Abstract: In the field of offshore thermal insulation pipelines, HCFC-141b is widely used because of its low thermal conductivity and good compatibility with polyether polyols. Due to its ozone layer destruction and greenhouse effect, China will completely stop producing and using HCFC-141b by 2030 according to the Montreal Protocol. In view of the prefabricated rigid polyurethane foam spray offshore insulation pipe technology, considering the factors of environment, thermal insulation performance, safety and price, HFC-245fa blowing agent system is selected as an alternative plan. Through the analysis of compressive strength, the direction of formulation development is determined. Compressive strength evaluation, insulation layer test and on-site process verification are carried out to verify the adaptability of the developed formulation. The results show that the developed HFC-245fa blowing agent system is superior to the relevant standard requirement, and it meets the spray insulation technology and adopts to the application of offshore insulation pipeline.
