摘要: 本文重点阐述了对 PY35-1/35-2 气田水下生产设施结构的设计研究。设计中首先对水下生产设施结构的基础形式进行了研究,综合比较后选取适合该气田海域的水下设施基础结构形式。同时对设计过程中需要关注的相关专业数据进行了阐述。 PY35-1/35-2 气田水下生产设施结构设计的特点是考虑了拖网载荷,由于无该海域渔业调查的数据,保守考虑了 NORSOK 推荐的数值,由于该力的存在,对结构设计影响很大。本文详细介绍了综合考虑土壤与载荷,对水下生产设施结构采用相关规范的设计方法。

Abstract: The article focuses on the structure study of subsea production system in PY35-1/35-2 gas field. In the basic design, the foundation type is studied first, and the appropriate foundation type is selected by comparing. In the design, the relevant department data needed to pay attention is introduced. The fishing load is considered in the basic design of PY35-1/35-2 gas field, because of less the fishing gear interaction data in this field, NORSOK recommended data is considered, and this has a big effect the structure design. The structure design method of the subsea production system is introduced in this paper.
