海上平台外挂井槽设计和应用

摘要: 海上平台外挂井槽技术能够充分利用老平台钻机、修井机等设备资源,施工周期短,投资成本低,近年来在工程中得到了广泛应用。以PL9-3WHPB平台外挂井槽项目为例,详细介绍外挂井槽的位置方案比选、井口片设计,平台整体安全评估以及外挂井槽的安装维护,对外挂井槽中遇到的问题和解决方案进行分析总结,为类似挂井槽项目提供参考和思路。

Abstract:

The platform adding well slot can make full use of the old platform workover rig and other equipment resources, the construction period is short, the investment cost is low. In recent years, it has been widely used in engineering. Taking the PL9-3WHPB platform external-addition well slot project as an example, this paper introduces in detail the location scheme comparison and selection of the external well slot, the design of the wellhead piece, the overall safety evaluation of the platform and the installation and maintenance of the wellhead, analyzes and summarizes the problems encountered in the external well slot and the solutions, and provides reference and ideas for similar adding well slot projects.
