Abstract: Through analyzing the existing project management system and referencing the commissioning function module design of offshore oil and gas engineering project, forming a set of basis for establishment which functions are targeted on commissioning information management system. In the process of actual construction, the management elements and contents of each link of the whole process of commissioning are incorporated into the management system, so as to realize informatization, systematization and internationalization of commissioning management.
