Abstract:
Aiming at the typical structural safety accidents and emergencies of deep-water column stabilised units, in this paper the main safety risks of platform structure are expounded. A closed-loop structural emergency response system is established,which includes dynamic data management before the emergency response, emergency response mechanism, and accident tracking after emergency response, etc. For typical accidents, the contents and recommended methods of structural risk emergency response analysis of deep-water column stabilised units are put forward. The proposed methods can provide useful guidance to the platform operators.
