Abstract: The safe service of submarine pipelines in oil, gas and water transportation is very important, and the long standing corrosion problem also affects the service life of submarine pipelines. The composite material reinforcement and repair technology has been widely used in onshore pipelines, but it has not been applied in the repair of submarine pipelines. A submarine pipeline adopts the composite material underwater winding reinforcement and repair technology to carry out practical application. The practical application proves that the composite material underwater winding reinforcement and repair technology is a safe and reliable reinforcement and repair technology. This paper will introduce the repair material properties of the composite underwater winding reinforcement repair technology, the application design of the repair system, and the construction technology of the repair system.
