再探语义韵①

Revisi ting Semantic Prosody
语义韵是语料库语言学研究的重要发现,语义韵分析旨在分析意义单位中传递的态度和感情,代表了语言使用的功能和目的,是意义单位分析的两大要件之一,值得我们深入探讨。此次语料库语言学笔会,几位作者主要探讨了语义韵的定义和范围、语义韵分析存在的问题和挑战、语义韵分析的应用前景等。讨论在语义韵分析的一些基本观点和原则上达成一致,如语义韵在真实文本中发生,语义韵与意义单位密不可分等。除此之外,讨论也存在着一些分歧,如有的作者主张基于扩展意义单位观察和分析语义韵,语义韵的评价语言应该随文而生,且丰富多元;有的作者则认为语义韵蕴含在意义单位中,可以先简化语义韵评价,如划分积极与消极语义韵。此次讨论的目的是解决语义韵识别和分析过程中遇到的难题,为进一步的意义自动分析激发灵感。
