Abstract: Along with the development of globalization, the international contracts in the field of law are becoming increasingly frequent. As the bridge of communication, legal foreign languages are even more crucial, and thus the inter-disciplinary talent with the academic background of both jurisprudence and foreign languages is becoming gradually favored. Considering the fact that the legal foreign language posesses the compounded character of both legal researches and linguistic application, we desiderate to explore a more systematic and effective pattern of the related education. The German Law is the typical example of continental law system, therefore legal German occupies the vital position of the legal foreign languages as its direct carrier. With the weakness of the legal German teaching in our country, which only the mere analysis of the linguistic phenomena is focused while the the combination of language and jurisprudence teaching is neglected, this paper is trying to offer a reforming way to combine teaching with the research of the code. This paper also demonstrates its necessity, feasibility and practical solutions of this offering, aiming at promoting the reformation in the legal German education and even in the whole education of legal foreign languages.
