摘要:
盐敏感性已被证实与高血压的发生发展密切相关,高盐摄入是社区居民高血压的重要危险因素之一。本文对国内外现有研究进行文献综述,介绍了盐敏感性与高血压的关系、社区居民摄盐饮食现状、限盐饮食模式的应用和效果、不同摄盐饮食评估方式及多理论模型在食盐摄入评估的应用。指出了社区居民限盐饮食行为改变对高血压防治的重要性,通过调查评估的方式了解社区居民摄盐饮食现状,对培养社区居民养成良好的限盐饮食习惯和促进健康行为有重要意义。
