摘要:
单孔减重手术作为微创外科的重要进展,通过单一微小切口实现减重目标,具有创伤小、切口隐蔽及术后恢复快等优势。单孔腹腔镜胃袖状切除术(SILSG)是目前国内外实施最多的单孔减重术式,其减重效果及并发症发生率与传统多孔腹腔镜手术相当,病人满意度显著提升。但单孔减重手术的临床应用推广仍存在一定的技术瓶颈,现有的临床研究证据相对有限,手术规范与培训体系尚不健全。进一步建立符合中国国情的单孔减重手术培训体系与专家共识对于促进以SILSG为代表的单孔减重手术规范化开展具有重要意义。
