Two cases of GCEBV and GCLS A. Medium-differentiated tubular/intestinal gastric adenocarcinoma with rich lymphocytes in the stroma. B. It was shown in situ hybridization of EBV the diffuse positive tumor cells in case A. C. Poor-adhesive/diffuse gastric adenocarcinoma, with rich lymphocytes in the stroma. D. It was shown in situ hybridization of EBV the diffuse positive tumor cells in case C. The pathological diagnosis of these two cases was consistent with both GCLS and GCEBV.

Note that positive expression in lymphocytes may become as an internal control. B. C. Immunohistochemical marker of PD-L1{22C3}. B shows the most common positive expression pattern of PD-L1 in GCEBV, and that CPS in this case is 50-60. C shows the PD-L1 overexpression pattern of GCEBV. The CPS in this case is 100, and there is still controversial for whether this situation is suitable using immune checkpoint inhibitors.
